Changchun Yatai Football Club was founded on June 6th, 1996. Since Chinese football became a professional game, it is the only club that has over 25 years of history, remaining unchanged in its investment equity, football team’s name and home city and won Chinese Super League (CSL) championship and Chinse League One Champion(CL1). After 27 years of experience in Chinese football industry, the club has become a time-honored brand in CSL and accumulated a large football fan community with a glorious historical performance. Its brand influence ranks top among CSL clubs, attracting high attention from the society, favored and supported by the massive football fans.

打造百年俱樂部，長春亞泰足球俱樂部營銷的不僅是職業俱樂部，而且也是一種城市領導力。過去26年，長春亞泰經歷了中乙聯賽（1996-1999）、中甲（甲B）聯賽（2000-2005）、中超聯賽（2006-2018）、中甲（2019-2020）、中超（2021-今）五個階段，奪得1次中超冠軍、1次中超亞軍，2次中甲冠軍、2次中甲亞軍，2次代表中國參加亞冠聯賽，歷史的長度和成績積累了厚重的歷史底蘊，使長春的足球影響力比肩北上廣等一線城市。
To be a club with a hundred years of history, Changchun Yatai Football Club’s marketing target is not only introducing a professional club, but also presenting city leadership. In the past 26 years, Changchun Yatai experienced 3 phases including C2-Chinese Football Association Division Two League (1996-1999), B league (2000-2005) （2019-2020）and CSL (2006-2018)、（2021-）, winning 1 CSL championship, 1 CSL runner up, 1 B league championship, 1 B League runner up and participating 2 times in Asian Football Confederation Champions League on behalf of China. Changchun Football Team’s influence becomes competitive with tier 1 cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou thanks to its long history and good performance.

“打造百年俱樂部”是長春亞泰足球俱樂部的核心思想。經過27年的發展，長春亞泰足球俱樂部已成為組織結構完整、管理規范、知名高的老字號中國足壇職業足球俱樂部。為了謀求可持續發展之路，俱樂部于2007年提出了預期。2017年6月，長春亞泰足球俱樂部向中國足協遞交了申請A股證券市場上市的報告，成為落實《中國足球改革發展總體方案》的排頭兵。此外，俱樂部努力將足球文化與長春城市文化深度融合，一方面可以讓城市找到文化凝聚點、精神信仰、歸屬感；一方面有利于拉動足球文化相關配套產業，及完善城市公共服務，提升城市知名度。
It is Changchun Yatai Football Club’s core concept to be a club with a hundred years of history. After 27 years of development, Changchun Yatai Football Club has become a professional Chinese club with complete organizational structure, management regulations and high reputation. In order to build up a club with a hundred years of history in a sustainable way, the club brought up its expectations in 2007. In June, 2017, Changchun Yatai Football Club submitted a public listing application in A-share market to Chinese Football Association, becoming a leader in implementing the Overall Program of China Football Reform and Development. Besides, the club tries to integrate football culture into Changchun city culture for 2 reasons: first is to highlight culture focus, city spirit and increase sense of belongings for the city; second is to boost football supporting industries, improve public service for the city and expanding Changchun’s reputation.
三、基地建設（III. Home Base Construction）
足球是一種文化的積淀。長春亞泰足球俱樂部27年發展歷史，讓“亞泰足球”成為長春的城市文化地標。為提升俱樂部一線隊和各級梯隊的訓練環境，2016年，俱樂部投資15億元人民幣興建長春亞泰凈月足球基地?；卣嫉孛娣e21.53萬平方米，擁有球員公寓、綜合辦公樓、接待中心，以及6塊國際標準天然草室外訓練場，1座國際標準人造草坪室內訓練館，1座帶看臺和跑道的國際標準天然草體育場、2塊室外國際標準人造草坪球場，以及2塊7人制人造草坪球場，整個基地建設于2020年完成，是亞洲乃至中國設施最先進的足球基地之一，可滿足長春亞泰一線隊、預備隊、梯隊的日常訓練，也可承接國內外青少年及成年足球賽事?！?o:p>
Football is a kind of cultural antecedents. 27 years of development of Changchun Yatai Football Club has promoted “Yatai Football” to be a cultural landmark in the city. To improve training environment for its first team and other teams, the club invested 1500 million Yuan in 2016 to build up Changchun Yatai Jingyue Football Base, covering an area of 211,530 m2 including apartments for players, office building, reception center, 6 outdoor training fields at international standard with natural lawn, 1 indoor training ground at international standard with artificial turf, 1 stadium at international standard with seats, running track and natural lawn, 2 outdoor playing fields at international standard with artificial turf, and 2 artificial turfs for 7 v 7 football games. The whole construction will be finished at the end of 2020. After construction, it will be the state-of-art football base in China or even Asia for daily training of the first team, reserve team and junior teams. It also can organize domestic and international football games for youth and professional teams.
四、青訓建設（IV. Youth Training Building）
27年來，亞泰青訓始終堅持借鑒國際先進足球經驗，向世界敞開大門制定了“引進來”和“走出去”的青訓策略，走出了一條既符合世界足球發展規律，又符合俱樂部自身發展的百年俱樂部青訓之路，累計3000余名球員在這里成才。憑借科學的管理、務實的目標、穩健的投入，亞泰青訓在“體能好、技術精、能贏球、作風硬”的精神指引下，不僅構建了完備的十級梯隊（U10-U19）青訓體系，形成了每級梯隊雙隊建設標準。目前，亞泰青訓共有10支球隊、球員三百余名，而師資力量雄厚——青訓副總監3名、擁有職業級、A級、B級教練員證書的國內國際教練37人、隊醫9人。多年來，亞泰青訓代表吉林省、長春市參加全運會、青運會（城運會），在全國青少年一級賽事中奪得3個冠軍、5個亞軍、3個季軍，向國家隊輸送杜震宇、王棟、劉曉東、何超、裴帥等優秀球員35人，向U系列國字號球隊輸送優秀球員一百三十余人?！ ?
In the past 27 years, over 3000 players developed into talents from Yatai Youth Training that has taken the strategic course of “bringing in and go global” while learning from international experiences. This is a journey to a century-old club by following international football development patterns. Yatai Youth Training has set up comprehensive 10 levels of teams (U10-U19) focusing on Strength, Technique, Winning and Toughness with methods of scientific management, specific goals and stable investment. Currently, Yatai Youth Training has over 300 players in 10 teams, rich of teaching faculty including 1 Deputy Director of youth training, 37 international and domestic coaches holding professional, A and B certificates, 9 medical staff. Yatai Youth Training has achieved 3 champions, 5 second-winners, 3 third-winners in national youth leagues (national sports meetings, youth games, urban sports meetings) representing Jilin Province and Changchun City. Its 35 players have been selected to national teams such as Du Zhenyu, Wang Dong, Liu Xiaodong, He Chao, Pei Shuai, etc.
五、球隊文化（V. Culture Spreading）
27年來，長春亞泰足球俱樂部將自身的發展歷程濃縮成12個字——“體能好、技術精、能贏球、作風硬”，指引球隊不忘初心，砥礪前行。在此基礎上，俱樂部對球隊的名字進行了新的解讀——長春亞泰不再單純是球隊的名稱，而是蘊含著“一座城·一支隊”的城市符號意義。此外，俱樂部加快融入城市的速度，球隊的12號球衣不僅永屬球迷，而且積極發揮足球正能量，投身城市公益事業，走進學校、走進機關企事業單位，普及足球。同時，推出“不可低估的勇敢之心”“用足球點亮城市夢想”等符合俱樂部文化的主題宣傳語，增加俱樂部和球迷的城市歸屬感。
After the past 27 years, Changchun Yatai Football Club has summarized its development into four words “Energetic, Techniques, Winning and Tough” which has become the beacon to all the teams to fight forward. Bearing this in mind, the club created a new explanation of its name-Changchun Yatai is never just a football name. It is a symbol for the city, “One City, One Team”. Besides, in order to be an active member for the city, the club granted No. 12 team shirt to its fans forever and devoted itself into charitable activities i.e. go to schools or companies to deliver football education. Meanwhile, the club brought up slogans to be closer to its fans and the city such as “A brave heart should never be underestimated”, “Light up City Dreams with Football”, etc.
六、國際交流（VI. International Exchange）
作為一支擁有百年夢想的職業足球俱樂部，長春亞泰足球俱樂部一直向世界敞開大門，不斷謀求與世界足球交流合作的機會。27年來，長春亞泰堅持“請進來，走出去”的發展之路，引進了來自南美洲、歐洲、亞洲、非洲、澳洲等二十余個國家的近90名外援和20余名教練，來提升俱樂部一線隊和青訓的競技水平。此外，俱樂部還組織團隊前往德國、西班牙等國家的職業俱樂部學習歐洲足球發達國家的先進理念。在國際交流方面，長春亞泰足球俱樂部還發揮“一汽·大眾”總部設在長春的優勢，利用城市名片的地位，不斷與德國足球進行廣泛的交流。2012年、2014年、2016年，長春亞泰三次在長春與沃爾夫斯堡、云達不萊梅隊進行中德足球友誼賽，進一步打開了長春亞泰足球俱樂部對外交流合作的大門?！?
As a professional football club whose dream is to build up a team with a hundred years of history, Changchun Yatai Football Club is always opening its door to the world, always seeking for global football cooperation. In the past 27 years, Changchun Yatai was always following its strategy of “Bring in” and “Go Global”, introducing around 90 foreign players and over 20 foreign coaches from over 20 countries in South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia to improve capability of its first team and youth training. Besides, the club also visited European football clubs to learn their advantageous concept such as to Germany, Spain, etc. In international exchange, Changchun Yatai Football Club also took the opportunity to have exchange with German football because FAW-VW Headquarter is located in Changchun who serves as the city business card and the bridge for the exchange. In 2012, 2014 and 2016, Changchun Yatai had participated in “Sino-German Football Competition” three times with Wolfsburg and Werder Bremen for a further foreign exchange.

長春亞泰足球俱樂部在中國職業足壇打拼27年，積累數量龐大的球迷群體，其中俱樂部官方認可的球迷組織有8家，包括長春市球迷協會、長春橙風球迷會、長春紅翼球迷會、長春雪焰球迷會、吉林赤刃球迷會、長三角亞泰球迷會和珠三角吉林球迷會。俱樂部通過“跟我練”“開放日”“亞泰進球時刻”“亞泰信差”“亞泰足球公益行”等球迷活動服務于球迷，拉近了俱樂部與球迷的距離，增加了俱樂部與球迷的黏性?！ ?
After 27 years in Chinese professional football, Changchun Yatai Football Club has won massive football fans’ favor, including 8 football fan organizations officially recognized by the club. They are Changchun Football Fan Association, Changchun Chengfeng Football Fan Association, Changchun Hong Yi Football Fan Club, Changchun Xue Yan Football Fan Club, Jilin Chiren Football Fan Club, Yangtze River Delta Yatai Football Fan Club and Pearl River Delta Jilin Football Fan Club. The club also organized many activities to be closer to its fans and have more interactions between the club and fans such as activities of “Follow Me”, “Open Day”, “Yatai Score Moment”, “Yatai Mailman”, “Yatai Tootball Charity Hall” etc.
